Contractors interested in bidding on the Crothersville and/or Lawrenceburg Homeowner Repair program must provide the following:
- References
- Proof of General Liability Insurance
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation (If applicable…)
- Copy of Lead Renovator Certificate to bid on homes with lead hazards
