Homeowner Rehabilitation

ARa is currently working and accepting additional applications for the following programs (as of 11/15/11):

Crothersville: 2 homes assisted and completed, 4 additional homes in process
Lawrenceburg: 2 homes assisted and completed, 2 additional homes approved
North Vernon Stellar Community: Irish Hill Homeowner Repair and Improvement Grant awarded on 3/10/11 ($500,000). ARa's subsidiary, SIHCDC, is the sub-recipient. 12-13 homes to be improved; priority is health and safety and home exteriors, thus neighborhood improvement.

Recently completed homeowner repair and improvement projects include:
