ARa is a governmental association owned by the Indiana cities of Batesville, Bedford, Columbus, Greensburg, Martinsville, Mitchell, North Vernon, Rushville, and Seymour. In addition, the following towns and counties are Associate Members of ARa: Elizabethtown,Nashville, Brown County, Jennings County, and Henry County. As a governmental entity, ARa operates on a not-for-profit basis.
