Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program

ARa works with local communities to administer Owner Occupied Rehabilitation (OOR) programs funded from various sources. This program is funded though the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program
