Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program
Homeowner Rehabilitation
ARa works with local communities to administer Owner Occupied Rehabilitation (OOR) programs funded from various sources.
Currently, we have a number of active programs as well as programs that we’re collecting information for in order to write grants.
Active Programs
These programs have been approved for grant funds and we are actively helping low- to moderate-income homeowners with essential home repairs that improve safety, accessibility, and overall housing conditions.

Collecting Information For Grant Applications
In order to help the grant review committees understand the level of interest in a community, we collect information from people who would be interested in participating in an OOR program if approved. The information collected through these links will be retained by ARa and if the community is awarded then you will be contacted to reconfirm your interest, as well as gather some additional information required to qualify you for the approved program.
Once we submit the grant request for consideration, it will be several months before you may be contacted again.
